The Senior Follies uses the Eisemann Center Ticket Office to handle all ticket sales. Ticket sales and information are available over the phone from our Eisemann Center Ticket Office, open Monday-Saturday from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm and during all public events.

The House Right side of the Hill Performance Hall is numbered evenly such a 2,4,6, adjacently. The House Left side of the venue is numbered odd such as 1,3,5, adjacently. The Center of the venue is numbered consecutively such as 101, 102, 103. Aisle entry numbers are provided to suggest the quickest route to your seat.
No. Business casual fits most events; however, given the variety of events that take place at the Eisemann Center, there is no standard dress that is required.

There are three different venues inside the Eisemann Center which include the Hill Performance Hall, Bank of America Theatre, and the Bank of America Hall.
The Hill Performance Hall is one of three performance venues located inside the Eisemann Center. It is our largest venue seating approximately 1500 people on 2 levels. The seating is arranged on an incline, allowing for a great view from all areas of the venue. Click here for a seating chart.
The Bank of America Theatre is one of three performance venues located inside the Eisemann Center. It is an intimate theatre space seating approximately 400 people with stadium style seating. The Bank of America Hall is one of three venues located inside the Eisemann Center. It is a large multi-use room located on the lower level.
Ticket Office hours are Monday through Saturday 10:00AM – 6:00PM and one hour prior to all ticketed performances.

Convenient, self-parking is located next to the Eisemann Center for $5. Valet parking is available prior to selected events for $10. Click here for more parking information.
Accessible parking is located in the garage attached to the North end of the Eisemann Center. Elevator access to the lobby is available there as well. The cost is $5 with a qualifying hanging tag. Accessible ramps are available at the South and West entrances to the building. These may be used for drop-offs.

There is temporary 15-minute parking located at the main entrance of the Eisemann Center from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday – Saturday when no event is taking place.
Yes, children are allowed, and they require a ticket. (The only exception is for nursing infants only, and they must remain held by a parent.) Patrons are urged to use their best judgment when bringing children to an event that is intended for adults. There are some performances that are more appropriate for children than others.
All tickets are pre-paid and non-refundable. The Eisemann Center allows tickets to be exchanged for another performance of the same show only. Exchange fees will apply. Exchanges are not available for a different production.

Yes, hearing assistance devices are available at the ticket office. An ID is required as a deposit.
Transfer seats have movable armrests for those who would like to transfer out of their wheelchair, however anyone can purchase these seats.
Concessions are available in our lobby for all shows, including light snacks and a full bar, prior to the show through intermission. A buffet dinner is available during select performances in our Prelude Cafe. For information and reservations call 972-367-2000.
