Carron Atnip

Carron grew up in Sherman, Texas, where she took the field at half-time as a member of the Bearcat Band and twirling line. She went on to teach twirling for years.


She trained in dance with the Mildred Chaffin Studio. As a Dazzler, she is a member of the "Proud Mary" ensemble and was also selected as one of the "Piano Legs" dancers in the 2008 inaugural presentation of the Senior Follies, at which she's danced for six years. Retired from a career as an executive assistant with Bank of America, she enjoys life with her family of two daughters, four grandchildren and three great-granddaughters.

Carron has been a Dazzler since 1994.
