Margaret Diehl

This is Margaret's first year with Class Act Tap Company and her first year in the Follies.

Biography

She began dancing at age 3 and appeared on stage at the Goodyear Theater in Akron, Ohio.
At age 14, she traveled to NYC with her tap group "The Rhythemettes" to appear on Ted Mack's Original Amateur Hour. Community Theater Musicals provided an outlet for dance until she retired after 42 years as an Analytical Chemist and moved to Texas to be near her four grandchildren.

Margaret recently received the 2018 Volunteer of the Year Award from Rowlett Citizens Corps Council and continues to volunteer in the Rowlett Police Records Office. She also works part-time at Buckaroos (Upscale Resale for Boys and Girls) in Sunnyvale.
She values her many friendships made through dance and is happy to be part of the Spectacular Follies.
