Cheryl Reynolds began her love of dancing at the age of 10 at the Virgie Lee Emmons Dance Studio in Houston, Texas.
Cheryl's talent of being able to pick up a routine quickly moved her into the advanced class within a couple of years. After her dad was transferred to Columbus, OH in 1972, it didn't take Cheryl long to find the Marjorie Jones School of Ballet to continue her dancing and get involved in dance competitions.
Cheryl has always enjoyed performing for an audience. Cheryl was on the drill team in high school and in college. After college, Cheryl moved back to Dallas and in 1980 she had the honor of dancing with Denise Brown and her daughter Evelyn Brown of City Ballet.
In 1988, Cheryl put her ballet, tap and jazz shoes away for 24 years. In October 2012, Cheryl dusted off her tap shoes and joined the Class Act Tap Company.
Cheryl is excited to be dancing again in the 2015 Spectacular Senior Follies.
